The multi-award winning farm Achterfontein is situated 900m above sea-level in the spectacular Cedarberg mountains. Overlooking the Biedouw valley to the one side and the Tankwa Karoo to the other, this area has long been renowned for its exceptionally high quality rooibos tea. The farm is owned and run by the Bakker family since 1980 and has been producing rooibos tea for more than 20 years.
